Ryan and I went to Cape Fear Seafood Company recently for dinner, and it surpassed our expectations in the best way possible!

Great Drink Specials

I started with a Red Sangria and it was hitting on all of the right fruity notes. I would highly recommend! Here is a look at some of the Drink Specials throughout the week. What day are you choosing to go?

SUNDAYS

$6 BLOODY MARYS & MIMOSAS

MONDAYS

$6 GLASSES of SELECT WINES

TUESDAYS

½ PRICE BOTTLES of SELECT WINES

WEDNESDAYS

$6 PINEAPPLE CITRUS SANGRIAS

THURSDAYS

$6 HOUSE & HIBISCUS MARGARITAS

The Best Crabcake Appetizer at the Beach

We started with the crabcake appetizer, and let me tell you—this was probably the best crabcake I’ve had in a while! Packed with lump crab meat and barely any filler, it was a steal at $13.99. Most places serving up this quality are charging $20+ for just one crabcake. While these were two minis, you could easily combine them into one large, delicious crabcake.

Surf & Turf Chimichurri with Grilled Pineapple

Next up, we tried the Surf & Turf Chimichurri with grilled pineapple. The steak was cooked perfectly, the pineapple was juicy and sweet, and the shrimp were cleaned and delicious. The chimichurri sauce tied everything together beautifully!

Are These the Best Shrimp & Grits?

The News & Observer in Raleigh voted Cape Fear Seafood Company as having the best seafood and best shrimp & grits, so of course, I had to try them. They were really good! I’m not sure if I’d say the best, but they were absolutely delicious and worth ordering.

Ryan’s Ribeye with Crab Butter Upgrade

Ryan ordered the Ribeye Steak and upgraded to Crab Butter—a creamy, buttery sauce with chunks of crabmeat. He chose potatoes and asparagus as his sides, and everything was cooked perfectly. The asparagus had the perfect crunch, which we both love.

A Sweet Finish: Espresso Brownie & Espresso Martini

For dessert, we went with the Espresso Brownie with ice cream and the Espresso Martini. Ryan said it was probably the best Espresso Martini he’s ever had! I definitely thought it was delicious, and the brownie was also really good.

Cape Fear Seafood Company Keeps Growing

This is CFSC’s 7th location, and I can see why they are expanding so quickly! Have you tried the new North Myrtle Beach location yet? Let me know what you think in the comments!

Ok I’ll have to look closer next time. I was so too concentrated in the 1/2 price crab legs the first go around! 🤣😘
