A Fresh Spot in Myrtle Beach

Foodie babes, stop what you’re doing! Lemongrass Vietnamese Pho & Thai Cuisine just opened in the old Saigon Cafe spot near Sam’s Club in Myrtle Beach, and we couldn’t wait to check it out! This new gem is serving up comforting bowls of pho, flavorful Thai classics, and appetizers that disappear way too fast.

Apps That Disappear Before You Know It

We started our meal with some seriously crave-worthy appetizers:

  • Crab Rangoon + Potstickers – Crispy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing (or not, I won’t judge).
  • Fresh Summer Rolls w/ Shrimp – Light, refreshing, and bursting with fresh flavors.
  • Creamy Coconut Soup – Comfort in a bowl, with that perfect balance of coconut and spice.

Pho Worth the Hype

Of course, we had to go all in on the pho: brisket, sirloin, and chicken. Each bowl was packed with rich, savory broth, tender meats, and noodles that were cooked just right. Pho lovers, you’re going to be obsessed.

Thai Classics Done Right 🍜🥢

The menu doesn’t stop at pho! We also tried:

  • Double Pan-Fried Noodles w/ Crispy Pork – Crispy edges, flavorful sauce, and everything you want in a noodle dish.
  • Pad Thai w/ Crispy Pork + Tofu – Sweet, savory, and perfectly balanced.

Everything we tried was bursting with flavor and served with love—it’s the kind of meal that makes you want to come back the very next day.
